Our Founder's Story
Jed Randall enlisted in the Navy in August 2001, just weeks before 9/11. He finished bootcamp in the top 10% of his division and served aboard an aircraft carrier working on fighter jet ejection seats until 2005.
After service, Jed worked in resort sales before taking a chance on construction with no experience or tools — his honesty and work ethic won him the job. By 2013, he started his own company, building it from the ground up through door-to-door relationships and trust.
